麻醉由3部分组成-睡眠、止痛及肌肉松弛。新麻醉药、新麻醉性镇痛药及新肌松药相继开发。监测是麻醉的一个重要部分。血压、心电图、脉搏、血氧饱和度及呼气终末二氧化碳已成为麻醉期间的常规监测。麻醉深度的监测过去是个难题,现已有经微机处理的脑电图-双频指数。预计未来的麻醉会更安全、可控性更强、更科学。
Anesthesia comprises
three basic components-unconscious, analgesia and muscle relaxation. New anesthetics, new narcotics and new muscle relaxants have been developed. Monitoring has been an important part of anesthesia. BP, ECG, SpO2 are monitored routinely during anesthesia. Anesthesia depth monitoring was a problem. Now a computer-processed EEG BIS (bispectral index) is available. It can be expected that in the future anesthesia will be much safer and more controllable based on scientific monitoring.
