摘要
本文介绍两种大肠癌早期诊断的新技术。粪便脱落细胞检测技术:收集粪便脱落细胞,检测其红外吸收谱,可快速、精确地辨别细胞的良、恶性质。这项技术判断结果客观、标准,突破了常规病理学检查方法。激光诱发荧光技术(LIF)可以作为引导工具,在内镜下实时地反映粘膜病变性质,被称为“光学活检”。
This article introduces
two new techniques for the early diagnosis of colorectal neoplasm. 1. Detecting exfoliated
cells from stool: the investigation indicated that colls ecting exfoliated cells from stool and measuring their infrared absorb spectrum may help to get an accurate result for the characteristics of these cells . The techniquemay break through a routine method of pathology and get a more standardized and objective result. 2. Laser induced fluorescence (LIF): as a guide tool of biopsy LIF may determine accurately the characteristics of mucosa lesion in real time. It was named as 'optical biopsy'.
