摘要
目的 :探讨血浆PRAAngⅡALD在高血压发病中的作用 ;方法 :采用放射免疫分析法对 6 0例高血压患者PRA、AngⅡ和ALD浓度进行测定分析 ;结果 :高血压患者血浆PRA和ALD的平均水平无明显增高 ,在正常值范围内 (P >0 0 5)。AngⅡ浓度明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,而且PRA与AngⅡ浓度改变无明显相关性 ;结论 :AngⅡ是RAAS中维持和升高血压的关键因子。
Objective:To explore that plasma PRA AngⅡ and ALD play role in patients with hypertension.Methods:To test plasma PRA AngⅡ and ALD Levels in 60 patients with hypertension.Result:The levels of plasma PRA and ALD in patients with hypertension did not raise and are in normal range(P>0 05) The level of plasma AngⅡ in patients with hypertension is by far higher than one in normal contrast group(P<0 01).In addtion,the chang of plasma PRA didn't obviously associate with plasma AngⅡ.Conclusion:AngⅡ isa critical factor to maintain and raise blood pressure in the RAAS. [
