摘要
目的 :探讨癌基因C -myc在正常人外周血淋巴细胞及肿瘤细胞株上的表达情况。方法 :分离正常人外周血淋巴细胞及肿瘤细胞株RNA ,利用反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)技术 ,比较正常人与肿瘤细胞株C -mycmRNA表达程度。结果 :HL-6 0细胞系C -mycRNA表达最强 ,GBC胃癌细胞株较正常人为高。结论 :C -myc参与了正常、异常细胞生长的调节。
Objective:To study the expression of C-myc in peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL)from normal human and in tumour cell lines.Methods The lymphocytes from normal human and tumour cell lines were separated and total RNA was extracted from them by guanidinium isothiocyanate procedure.Using the method of reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),the level of C-myc mRNA was observed between normal and tumour cell lines.Results Expression of C-myc mRNA of HL-60 cell line is the highest and GBC cell line is higher than normel.Conclusion C-myc may paticipate in the regulation of normal and abnormal celluar growth. [
