摘要 目的 :加深对心房纤颤发生机制的认识与理解。方法 :阅读国内外房颤发生机制的文献 ,进行总结、综述。结果 :目前认为房颤的发生机制主要是多发微折返环学说和自旋波折返学说等。结论 :房颤的电生理机制可为临床治疗房颤提供理论基础与依据。 Objective:Know and understand electrophysiologic mechanism of atrial fibrillation deeply.Methods:Read the literature of mechanism of atrial fibrillation in and abroad, then Couelude and recapitulate.Results:At present mechanism of atrial fibrillation is mostly the multiple wavelet bypothesis and spiral wave bypothesis and so on.Conclusion:Electrophysiologic mechanism of atrial fibrillation can provide clinical treatment with the theory base and proofs. [
