太极通天液防治偏头痛的临床疗效研究

The study of clinical efficacy of Taiji Tongtian oral solution in the prophy Laxis and treatment of migraine

目的:对照观察太极通天液与钙离子拮抗剂防治偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将275例偏头痛患者分为三组,对太极通天液和钙离子拮抗剂以及两药合用防治偏头痛的疗效进行对照。结果:①.钙离子拮抗剂防治偏头痛的疗效与文献报告基本一致;②太极通天液可取得与钙离子拮抗剂相同的疗效;③联合用药显效明显提高。结论:太极通天液是一种有效的偏头痛防治药物;与钙离子拮抗剂合用可提高疗效。

Objective:To compare the efficacies of Taiji Tongtian Oral Solution vs Calcium channel antagonists on migraine.Methods:275 patients were divided into three groups .We study the efficacies of Taiji Tongtian Oral Solution vs Calcium channel antagonists vs both of them.Results:①The effect of Calcium channel antagonists is the same as early reports in treating migraine.②The effect of Taiji Tongtian Oral Solution was similar to that of Calcium channel antagonists.③The effect of Taiji Tongtian Oral Solution plus calcium channel antagonists were better.Conclusion :Taiji Tongtian Oral Solution is an effective drug in treating migraine.
