肝必治胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

Clincal study of choronic hepatitis B treated with Ganbizhicapsule

目的:观察肝必治胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:82例慢性乙肝病人随机分为两组,治疗组给予肝必治胶囊治疗,对照组给予肝必复治疗,均治疗6个月。结果:治疗组HbsAg,HBeAg,抗HBcAb转率及ALE恢复正常,ALT有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05～0.01。结论:肝必治治疗慢性乙型肝炎安全、有效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Ganbizhi capsule.Methods:82 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into therapeutic group and control group randomly ,then.one group was treated with Ganbizhi capsule,the other one with Ganbifu.Results:Negative ratio of HBsAg ,HBeAg,and HBc-Ab in therapeutic group were superior to that in control group ,there was significant difference between the twe groups(p<0.05～0.01) and ALT in therapeutic group was obviously decreased(p<0.05～0.01),Conclusion:Ganbezhi is an effective and safe drug in treating chronic hepatitis B.
