基于TAM手机支付用户采纳行为模型构建

摘要 随着电子商务和移动通信技术的快速发展,手机上网支付将变得便利和安全。本文借鉴技术接受模型(TAM)来研究手机支付市场,通过引入感知风险模型,构建了基于TAM手机支付用户采纳行为模型,提出安全性、便利性等研究假设。
