鸡胚背根节神经细胞微团悬滴培养法的建立及应用

摘要 采用神经细胞微团悬滴培养法培养Hamburger35期鸡胚背根节 (dorsalrootganglion ,DRG)神经元 .结果 ,神经元于培养 2 4h后开始生长 ,5~ 8d神经突起联成网状 ,说明本法可行 .该法为今后进一步探讨神经营养因子对培养神经元存活、生长的影响奠定了基础 . The neurons from Hamburger stage 35 were cultured by neuronal micro-group hanging drop technique in vitro. Results: The neurons begin to grow at 24 hours after incubation. Many neurites crossing each other were obsreved at 5~8 days after incubation. The results indicated that the neuronal micro-group hanging drop technique could be used for the culture of neurons. It provided a basic technique for our laboratory in future to explore the effect of some neurotrophic factors on the development and growth of neurons in vitro.
