烧伤病人血清中巨酶的鉴定和观察

IDENTIFICATION AND OBSERVATION OF SERUM MACROENZYME OF A POSTBURN PATIENT

在 1例烧伤病人血清中发现异常同工酶带 ,为了阐明其出现的背景和性质 ,采用涤纶膜同工酶电泳法和免疫对流电泳法对其进行鉴定 ,并连续观察其变化。结果显示 :同工酶电泳时在 L DH- 4处和 L DH- 5的阴极端出现异常带 ,其性质为 L DH与免疫球蛋白 G结合的复合物 。

Lactate dehydrogenase immunoglobulin G complex was found in the serum of a burn patient in our hospital. LDH isoenzymes of the serum were electrophoretically fractionated and identified by counter immunoelectrophoresis. An abnormal LDH 4 band and an extra band LDH 5′ were found in the serum of this patient and proved to be an LDH IgG complex. This complex appeared to be related to the clinical course of burn patient.
