摘要
目的 :研究灯盏细辛 [Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand.- Mazz.]的化学成分。 方法 :采用柱层析对灯盏细辛的苯溶解部位中的化学成分进行分离和纯化 ,应用理化常数和光谱分析 (IR,MS,1 H- NMR,1 3C- NMR)鉴定其结构。结果 :得到 6个单体化合物 ,结构分别为木栓酮 (friedelin, )、木栓烷 (friedelane, )、木栓醇 (friedelinol, )、表木栓醇 (epifriedelinol, )、正四十五酸 (pentatetracontanoic a.eid, )、麦角甾 - 7,2 2 -二烯 - 3-酮 (ergosta- 7,2 2 - dien- 3- one, ])。结论 :化合物 , , 为首次从灯盏细辛中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical components of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand. Mazz. Methods: The benzene extract was isolated with the silica gel column chromatography. The compounds were determined on the basis of spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR). Results: Six compounds were isolated and the structures were elucidated as friedelin(Ⅰ), firedelane(Ⅱ), friedelinol(Ⅲ), epifriedelinol(Ⅳ), pentatetracontanoic acid (Ⅴ), ergosta 7, 22 dien 3 one(Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
