Effects of internal iliac arterial chemoembolization with lipiodol suspension on gynecologic neoplasms

目的 :研究用碘油化疗药物混悬剂行超选择性髂内动脉栓塞治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的效果。方法 :细胞病理学证实的恶性肿瘤患者 13例 ,经超选择性双侧髂内动脉插管注入碘油化疗药物混悬剂。结果 :11例可统计的有明确肿瘤病灶的患者 ,有效 9例 (完全消退 3例 ,部分消退 6例 ) ,无效 2例。无一例发生严重毒、副作用。结论 :采用适量碘油行超选择性双髂内动脉栓塞化疗治疗中、晚期妇科恶性肿瘤 ,副作用轻 ,疗效显著。

Objective: The efficacy of super selective internal iliac arterial chemoembolization of gynecologic neoplasms with lipiodol suspension was studied. Methods: Thirteen female patients, 52 69 years old, with cervical and ovarian cancer were subjected to 1 to 3 intervals of super selective internal iliac chemoembolizations in 4 week. Lipiodol suspension with chemical drugs was used as embolizing agent. Results: Nine patients of 11 with solid tumors got retraction results (3 complete response, 6 partial response. No severe side effects was found in these patients. There was no difference between the hematologic toxicity in 2 groups. Conclusion: Super selective chemoembolization in bilateral iliac artery with lipiodol suspension has significant effects on gynecologic tumors.
