摘要
目的 :研究 γ射线对味觉组织的影响 ,探讨射线照射引起味觉改变的机制。 方法 :对犬口腔行 6 0 Coγ射线常规剂量照射 ,实验分两组 :对照组 (3只 )和实验组 (9只 ) ,实验组犬分别于照射后 1,3,6个月处死并进行组织学观察。结果 :照射后味蕾变化主要为味蕾细胞排列不规则 ,味细胞减少 ,而味蕾形态无变化 ;菌状乳头变化不明显 ;丝状乳头变化较大 ,尤其照射后 1个月损伤最明显 ,以后逐渐恢复。结论 :常规剂量照射引起的味觉组织损伤是可恢复的 ,但完全恢复需要较长时间。照射对味觉组织的损伤作用可能是放疗患者味觉改变的主要原因。
Objective:To study the radiation effect of γ ray on gustatory tissues.Methods:we observed the dog′s gustatory tissues change following γ ray radiation by light microscope. The experiment included 2 groups:control group(3 dogs) and exposure group(9 dogs).Results:There were changes of the dark cells number per bud instead of the number of buds per fungiform papilla,the number of cells per bud. Fungiform papilla height and width and the number of fungiform papillae per slice had no change. But filiform papilla height and filiform papilla density were damaged.They were damaged mostly between 1 months and 3 months irradiated.Conclusions: The gustatory tissues damage is the main reason for radiation induced taste loss,and gustatory tissues change could recover but need long time.
