肾活检组织脂肪沉积与血脂关系的探讨

Study on the relationship between renal lipid deposition and blood lipid level

目的 :探讨慢性肾脏疾病患者肾脏脂质沉积与血脂的关系。 方法 :取 6 8例肾病综合征患者未治疗前的空腹全血标本 ,测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL )、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL )、极低密度脂蛋白 (v L DL )、载脂蛋白A- (Apo- A )和载脂蛋白 B(Apo- B)。肾活检组织行脂肪染色 ,光镜下观察。结果 :43例脂肪染色阳性 ,阳性率为 6 3%。阳性组血清 TC和 L DL 与阴性组相比明显升高。 结论 :高脂血症可促进脂质在肾脏的沉积。

Objective: To study the relationship between blood lipid level and renal lipid deposition. Methods: Determine the serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, very low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein B, apolipoprotein A1 of 68 patients with untreated nephrotic syndrome. Lipid staining of the renal biopsy specimen from the same patient was carried out. Results: Lipid staining were positive in 43 patients, which accounted for 63% of the total patients. Serum triglyceride and low density lipoprotein of the positive patients were significantly higher than that of the negative ones. Conclusion: Hyperlipidemia may promote the deposition of lipids in renal tissues.
