摘要
总结普外科1988年～1994年收治的8例原发性胃淋巴瘤,其中E期4例,E期3例,E期1例。本组病例术前确诊仅3例。误诊原因与本病发病率低,缺乏特异临床表现,X线钡餐及胃镜征象与胃癌酷似有关。
From1988to1994 ,8casesof prim ary gastric malignantlym phom a( PGML) were treated in our hospital. Among them,4 cases were in stage E:3 cases were in stage Eand one in stage E.Only3 of them were accurately diagnosed preoeratively.Misdiannosis of the disease were because of its low incidence,nonjspecific symptoms and its radiologic and gastroscopic characters were very similar to those of carcinoma of stomach.
