摘要
目的:探讨高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的变化。方法:采集高原红细胞增多症患者(53例)以及健康个体(90例)的外周静脉血样,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测血清HIF-1α含量,Sysmex XE2100全自动血细胞分析仪测定红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)。结果:HAPC患者血清HIF-1α含量明显增高,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HAPC患者血清HIF-1α与HGB及RBC显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:HAPC的发生可能与血清HIF-1α水平的升高有关。
Objective :To assess change of serum level of HIF - 1 ot (Hypoxia inducible factor Iot) in patients with High altitude polycythemia ( HAPC), and to discuss mechanism and clinical significance of the change. Meth- ods:The study was consisted of 53 patients with HAPC and 90 healthy controls at over 2 800m altitudes. Serum lev- el of HIF -1α was quantitatively measured by ELISA in every subject, and RBC and HGB were examined respec- tively using Sysmex XE 2100 automatic blood cell analyzer. Results :The serum level of HIF - 1α in patients with HAPC was significantly higher than that in the controls (P 〈 0. 01 ), and the serum level of HIF - Iot was signifi- cantly positively related to HGB (P 〈 0. 01 ) or RBC (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Our study indicated an association between the elevated level of Serum HIF -1α and HAPC.
