继续医学教育的实践与思考

Practice and ponderation on continued medical education

通过调查375名学员对继续医学教育项目的评价,认为要办好继续医学教育项目,要做到:教材新内容精、教师既善讲又善做、管理要到位、要注重效果;提出了重视对继续医学教育效果的评价,对各类卫技人员都要开展继续医学教育和继续医学教育本身也要采用新技术的思考。

Through the evaluagion on the continued medical education program conducted by3 75 students,this article suggested that the teaching materials should be new,the contents be incisive,teachers could not only be talkable but also capable to do,the management be in place and effective be focused if the program could have positive results. And it also proposed that im portance might be attached to the evaluation of the continued m edical education and all the medical personnel might be further trained and new training methods might be used for the program .
