IFNγ和 IL- 6对人肝癌细胞系C1抑制物合成的调控(英文)

摘要 目的为研究 IFNγ或 IL - 6对肝癌细胞系 C1抑制物 (C1INH)合成的调控作用。方法用 EL ISA双夹心法检测了经其刺激后 Hep G2和 SMMC7712细胞培养上清中 C1INH的含量。结果两细胞系自身能合成少量 C1INH。 IFNγ和 IL - 6可通过不同的途径上调两种细胞 C1INH的合成 ,且 IFNγ的作用强于 IL- 6。结论此结果提示有可能用 IFNγ和 IL- 6治疗 C1INH缺乏病。 ObjectiveIn order to study the effect of IFNγ and IL 6 to the C1 inhibitor(C1INH) synthesized by human hepatoma cells.MethodsWe used sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to measure the concentration of C1INH in the supernatants stimulated by these two cytokines.ResultsThe results showed that the human hepatoma derived cell line HepG2,SMMC7712 spontaneously synthesized and secreted small amounts of C1INH.IFNγ and IL 6 can upregulate C1INH synthesis through different ways,and IFNγ is more efficient than IL 6.ConclusionThe results suggest the possibility of using IFNγ and IL 6 to treat the disease of C1INH deficiency. [
