“十二五”期间中国医药产业组织结构调整研究

Research on the Organizational Restructuring of Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry during the Period of the 12^(th) Five-Year Plan

目的 "十二五"初期,中国政府的多项发展规划提出了医药产业组织结构调整的政策目标。对中国医药产业组织结构调整路径进行探索和研究,旨在为各级政府实现"十二五"期间战略目标提供决策支持。方法基于产权分割和专业化分工理论,采用Panel Data模型的实证分析研究方法,对中国医药产业的相关交易费用进行分析。结果与结论分化分层和兼并重组是医药产业组织结构调整的两种方案,医药产业的研发和生产领域要以选择分化和分层的组织调整方式,以实现医药产业结构调整和优化升级。

Objective Several development strategies proposed by Chinese government pointed out the strategy objectives of the organizational restructuring of Chinese pharmaceutical industry at the beginning of the ＂12th Five-Year＂ plan.This paper studied the organizational restructuring path of Chinese pharmaceutical industry in order to provide decision support for the governments to achieve the strategic objectives of the ＂12th Five-Year＂ period.Methods Based on theory of the property segmentation and specialization,the transaction costs of Chinese pharmaceutical industry were analyzed by the research methods of the Panel Data Model empirical analysis.Results and Conclusion There are two paths of the differentiation and stratification and the merger and reorganization for organizational restructuring of Chinese pharmaceutical industry.The RD and production field of Chinese pharmaceutical industry ought to choose the organizational restructuring path of the differentiation and stratification in order to achieve the optimization and upgrading of Chinese pharmaceutical industry.
