目的探讨应用凯氏定氮仪消解炉作为湿法消解仪消解样品的方法。方法详细描述实验前的准备、称样、加酸、温度设置、样品转移过程中的方法及注意事项。结果用凯氏定氮仪消解炉作为湿法消解仪消解样品,可减少污染,大量快速消解样品。结论凯氏定氮仪消解炉可作为湿法消解仪消解样品。

Objective To explore the application of the digestion stove of Kjeldahl apparatus for sample digesting.Methods The preparation before experiment,sample weighing,adding acid,temperature setting,the method of sample transferring and precautions in experiment were detailly described.Results Wet digestion used by digestion stove of Kjeldahl apparatus can reduce pollution and digest sample generously.Conclusion Digestion stove of Kjeldahl apparatus can be used as instrument of wet digestion.
