摘要
目的提高处方合格率,促进处方规范和合理用药。方法明确"大处方"的定义,提出相应的管理措施。结果与结论通过实施处方点评,加大奖惩力度,可有效避免和减少"大处方"现象的发生,提高处方质量。
Objective To improve qualification rate of medical prescriptions and reasonable drug use.Methods The definition of ＂big prescription＂ was clarified.The characteristics and problems of irrational drug use were analyzed and appropriate measures of management were proposed.Results and Conclusion By carrying out prescription assessment and administration of reward and punishment,the irrational drug use could be effectively avoided and reduced,and the quality of prescriptions could be improved.
