临床药师在静脉输液治疗中的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care by Clinical Pharmacists during Intravenous Infusion

目的为临床合理、安全应用静脉药物提供参考。方法对临床药师查房中收集的输液问题进行整理,从药物的配伍浓度、溶媒选择、药物配伍、静脉给药速度、光敏药物处置及液体的微粒控制等方面进行分析。结果与结论临床静脉给药存在着一定的问题,应进一步加强药学监护,将失误和相关的药品不良反应降至最低。

Objective To provide reference for rational and safe use of drugs by intravenous infusion.Methods The problems encountered by clinical pharmacists during ward visits were analyzed in terms of compatible concentration,choice of menstruum,compatibility of drugs,infusion speed,disposal of photosensitive drugs,and control of liquid particles.Results and Conclusion There are some problems in the use of drugs by intravenous infusion.It is necessary to strengthen pharmaceutical care so as to minimize the incidences of mistakes and the related adverse reactions in intravenous infusion.
