目的归纳总结原子吸收分光光度法测定明胶空心胶囊中铬需注意的问题,为检验人员提供参考。方法从样品的处理及所用试剂的选择、消解程序的选择及样品的制备、检测条件的选择及标准曲线的绘制等方面进行实验和探讨。结果与结论在实验过程中按照应注意的问题进行操作,能够绘制出线性良好的标准曲线,得到准确可靠的检测结果。

Objective To summarize problems in chromium determination in gelatin vacant capsules by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,so as to provide reference for inspectors.Methods Experimenting and exploring were carried out with the following aspects：sample processing and reagent selection,digestion program selection and sample preparation,determining condition selection,standard curve drawing and so on.Results and Conclusion A good linearity standard curve can be established with operating in accordance with the attention problems strictly during the testing process,which guarantees accurate,reliable testing results.
