Experience with Clinical Pharmacy Practice

目的为深入开展临床药学工作提供参考。方法介绍本单位临床药学工作的实践与体会。结果与结论临床药学是药师联系临床、探讨药物应用规律、促进临床用药合理化的学科,是患者用药安全、有效、经济,提高临床治疗水平和研究水平的重要保障。

Objective To provide reference for further implement of the clinical pharmacy.Methods The experience with clinical pharmacy practice was introduced.Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacy is the subject with which pharmacists conduct clinic practice,explore drug application rules and promote the rational application of drug.The clinical pharmacy practice is the important guarantee for drug safety,efficacy,economy as well as the improvement in clinical treatment and research.
