摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定生白饮中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.056～1.412μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Icariin in Shengbaiyin.Methods A Diamonsil C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（25∶75）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the UV detection was set at 270nm.Results The linear range was 0.056-1.412 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.0% with RSD of 0.6%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and reliable,which could be used in quality control of Shengbaiyin.
