原发性高草酸尿症 被引量:3

摘要 原发性高草酸尿症(PH)是一种常染色体隐性遗传病,由于患者肝脏代谢异常导致内源性草酸盐产生过多,过量的尿草酸盐从肾脏排泄,其特征性表现为显著的高草酸尿、早期而反复发生的尿石症、进行性发展的肾钙质沉着症。PH发病较为少见,尽管近年来其临床表现、诊断方法和治疗策略等方面取得较大进展,但仍然是全世界成人和儿科肾病领域的研究难点之一。现将其研究进展综述如下。
