摘要
随着建筑物使用周期不断增长,建筑物结构缺陷及裂缝不断增多。因此如何处理结构缺陷及裂缝成为工程技术人员研究的课题,以北京京广中心装修工程的应用实例,对在结构裂缝修补过程中化学灌浆技术原理、灌浆材料选择以及化学灌浆技术工艺流程、要点及效果等进行综合阐述。
Along with building use period of growth, structure defect and crack has been increasing, how to deal with structural defects and cracks becomes a hot issue for the engineering personnel. This paper takes Beijing Jing-Guang center decoration engineering application examples, to repair cracks in the structure of chemical grouting, grouting material selection as well as the principle of chemical grouting process, key points and effect are summarized.
