The Investigation of Language Situation and the Construction of Multimedia Resource Database of Overseas Huayu

论文提出,要基于语言资源观、语言生活观和语言风貌多媒体展示理念,对海外华语语言生活状况进行详细调查,构建大规模、多来源、多形式的海外华语多媒体语言资源库,全方位、多角度、生动真实地描写鲜活的海外华语生活实况。该资源库突破了以往语料库单调格式的局限,能更多维度、更生动真实地反映语言生活实态,是华语全方位实态描写的基础,是全球汉语多媒体语言地图的重要部分,是国家语言规划和汉语国际传播的重要支撑。

Abstract： Based on the conception of language resources, language situation and language style, this paper conducts a survey on the language situation of overseas huayu in detail, and constructs a large-scale resource database of huayu from multiple sources and in multi-form multimedia. This database describes the live language situation of huayu in a panoramic, multi-angle and vivid manner. It breaks through the limitation of conventional corpus, thus presenting language situation with multi-dimension and vividness. This database serves as the foundation of omni-bearing description of huayu and an essential component of the linguistic atlas of Chinese multimedia around the globe. It functions as a vital support for national language planning and the international communication of Chinese language.
