摘要
该院自1997年7月迄今,医院的后勤保障基本实现社会化服务,并取得了一定的经验。作者从实践的角度对社会化服务的基本形式、物业管理公司运作特点、医院营房管理小组的功能、工程招标和项目审查、以及制度建立等方面介绍了具体的做法。此外,作者还认为医院后勤服务实现社会化有赖于上级的政策、业已形成的较成熟的物业管理市场、专业化管理队伍以及适应市场经济的科学管理方法等因素。
From July 1999 to now, our hospital has basically realized the socialization of its rear service and has attained some experience. The author offers from a practical perspective an account of the primary forms of socialized services, the operating features of estate agencies, the functions of hospitals housing management teams, engineering bidding and project examination, and establishment of rules and regulations. Besides, the author holds that realization of the socialization of hospitals rear service is dependent upon factors like the policies of the higher authorities, the established and fairly mature estate market, specialized contingents of managers and scientific management methods fitting in with the market based economy.
