记述了该县一次选聘中医院院长的过程和结果。该县结合卫生系统的改革与发展实际,注意把握好选聘工作中的3个重要环节:明确选聘要求;确定面试内容;规范操作程序。通过个人自荐、组织推荐,经过公开演讲、答辩,在广泛征求群众意见的基础上经县委组织部门考察确定了人选。
The paper gives an account of the process and result of selecting the president of a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the county. The county, in the light of the reform and development of the health sector, took care to grasp three key links in the selection of talents: clarifying selection requirements, fixing the content of the oral quiz and standardizing the operation sequence. Self recommendations by individuals and recommendations by organizations were made and open speeches and debates conducted before a choice was made on the basis of widely soliciting the opinions of the masses and an investigation by the organization department of the county.
