Development of China Cemented Carbide Industry and the Demand on Professional and Technical Personnel

从中国硬质合金材料研究、表面工程、制品结构及深加技术、装备等方面概述了中国硬质合金行业的技术现状,对中国主要硬质合金企业人才队伍布局进行了调研与分析。结果表明,中国硬质合金企业高端专业技术人才缺口较大,制约了中国硬质合金行业的高速发展;随着硬质合金高新技术发展以及产业结构优化升级,专业技术人才构架需随之调整,专业分布应紧扣行业发展需求,高端技术研发人才的培养迫在眉睫,复合型人才是企业进一步发展的重要人才需求。

The technological status of the cemented carbide industry in China was summarize from the aspects of the research of hard materials, surface engineering, product structure, deep processing technology and equipment, further more the distribution of the professional and technical personnel teams employed in the main cemented carbide enterprises in China was investigated and analyzed. The results show that the lack of the advanced professional and technical personnel in the cemented carbide enterprises restricts the rapid development of the China cemented carbide industry. Along with the development of the high and new technologies in the cemented carbide industry as well as the optimization and upgrade of the industrial structure, the structure of the professional and technical personnel should be adjusted, the distribution of the specialty should meet the demand of the industrial development, and the R＆D talents with advanced technology should be urgently cultivated. The compound talents are one of the important needs for the further development of the enterprises.
