摘要
基于有限元法中心差分包软件LS-DYNA-970的平台上对三种椭球罩型聚能装药侵彻素混凝土试样的问题进行了3-D数值仿真研究。研究揭示了各种情况下金属侵彻体的形成过程和侵彻过程的机理。研究表明在药罩口径相同的前提下,椭球体长轴较长的装药结构在爆炸荷载作用下能形成头部速度高。弹身长径比大、整体质量分布合理的射流侵彻体,但其扩孔效果较差。在分析混凝土受力失效过程的同时,获得了在金属射流在不同侵彻深度下,混凝土的开孔孔径大小的数值结果。计算结果与文献中的实验数据相比吻合较好。
Based on the finite element software LS-DYNA, kinds of shaped charge penetration to concrete are analysed. The forms of penetrators are depicted together with the penetration, which shows within the same condition of diameter, the one with higher axis can form the rod-shaped penetrator with high velocity, large slenderness and rational mass distribution. , but the effective of caviting is much worse than the other two. And the data related of the depth and the cavity radius is also obtained. Penetration and damage of concrete target simulated agree well with testdata, which indicate that:the simulation is feasible and reliable.
