DL调酸一体化技术在高压注水井家37—53的成功应用 被引量:1

摘要 对于一些层间矛盾逐步加剧的高压注水井,单一应用调剖工艺封堵强吸水层,或者酸化工艺降低中低渗透层的启动压力,都不能很好的解决问题。对高、低渗透层同时进行改造是改善剖面和提高水驱动用效果的主要方向。耐温、耐盐、高强的DL耐酸高效交联调驱剂性能进行了评价。引入了调酸一体化技术,把对注水井实施调整剖面的两种工艺有机的结合在一起,用高强耐酸堵剂封堵高渗透层,并利用其耐酸的特性连续施工,最大限度发挥两种工艺的协同作用,避免了单独一种工艺实施的弊端。该技术不仅对低渗透层进行了解堵改造,还解决高渗透层注入水的突进问题,同时避免调驱施工后注水压力再次升高,不需要动管柱,不需要下封隔器,工艺简单,成本低。应用酸调一体化技术在家37—53井进行了施工,一年内累计增油2 125 t,为非均质严重的高压注水井调驱治理探索了一条新路。 For these high pressure water injection wells with interlayer interference, only plugging high water intake zones by profile control technology or decreasing starting pressure of water injection of low permeability layers by acidizing are not a better problem solver. The major direction for plugging & profile modification and water flooding effect improvement is stimulating both in high permeability layers and in the low permeability layers. The properties of DL oil displacement profile control agent is tested , which is a efficient crosslinking agent and have performances of high temperature resistance, acid resistance and high intensity. Combining the two profile control technologies suitably in water injection well by introduce into the profile controlling & acidizing integration technology, and plugging high permeability layers by acid-resisted profile control agent and continuous acidizing construction can avoid the disadvantages of using single technology and realize the synergistic effect of two technologies most efficiently. The combinative technology can stimulating in low permeability layers and solve the problems of injection water plane fingering, it also can avoid injection pressure increases rapidly after the profile controlling and flooding construction. This technology also have other features, such as no-pulling string, no-lowering a packer, easy to operate and low cost. The profile controlling & acidizing integration technology had constructed in JIA37- 53 well, and increased production of 2. 125 thousand tons in one year, This technology developed a new way for profile controlling&acidizing in those severely heterogeneous and high injection pressure well.
