摘要
以水杨酸甲酯、冰醋酸和三聚甲醛为原料,在浓硫酸的催化下合成二水杨酸甲酯。继而在氢氧化钠溶液和1,4-二氧六环溶液回流成盐,再滴入适量的盐酸溶液,抽滤、烘干后制得5,5’-亚甲基二水杨酸配体。总产率达80.4%。产物经熔点测定,并用1H NMR和IR对其结构进行了表征。
Methyl salicylate, acetic acid and trioxane were used as raw materials and catalyzed by the concentrated sulfuric acid to produse 5,5'-methylenedisalicylic acid. The intermediate product was then hydrolyze, filtering, drying to gain the ligand 5,5'-methylenedisalieylic Acid with a total yield of 80.4%. The product was confirmed by melting point, and its structure was characterize by 1H NMR and IR spectra.
