激发企业参与高职校企德育合作的动力研究

Research on Motive Power of Stimulating Enterprises to Participate in Higher Vocational College-Enterprise Moral Education Cooperation

校企德育合作存在企业参与不足的瓶颈问题。高职院校应充分发挥在德育合作中的主导作用,通过为企业提供人力资源和智力支持,促进德育与企业文化的有机结合,帮助企业制订教育培训制度等一系列主动服务企业发展的措施,激发企业参与校企德育合作的动力,提高德育合作的成效。

The development of college-enterprise cooperation between moral education contains bottleneck problems relating to lack of enterprises participation.Enterprises＇ participation in college-enterprise moral education cooperation is an inevitable requirement and it could meet its own reality needs.Higher vocational colleges should give full play the leading role in the moral education cooperation by means of a series of active service measures for enterprise development,such as,providing human resources and intellectual support,promoting the dynamic integration of enterprise culture development and moral education and enterprise culture,innovating education training system to stimulate enterprises to participate in the moral education and to improve the effectiveness of moral education cooperation.
