医院医务人员意外针刺伤情况调查分析

Investigation on unexpected pricking wound among medical workers

目的了解医院临床一线人员意外针刺伤的状况,探讨其发生规律,为制定相应的防护对策提供科学依据。方法采用统一的问卷对医院临床一线医护人员进行调查,使用Epi info数据库统计分析。结果 146人被调查者发生意外针刺伤510例次,133人被针刺,发生率为91.10%,其中医生36名调查者中有29人被刺,共发生61次,护士110人中有104人被刺,共发生449次。30岁以下和工龄在5年以下者有较高比例。结论正确执行标准预防、职业安全教育培训,规范操作流程,合理人力资源配置,建立相应的监测系统是减少临床护理人员职业暴露风险的有效手段。

Objective To analyze the status of unexpected pricking wound among medical workers,explore the regular pattern,and provide a scientific basis for its prevention.Methods A total of 146 medical workers in the hospital were surveyed by questionnaires.Epi info was used to analyze the data.Results There were 510 cases of unexpected pricking wounds occurred among 146 medical workers,and 133 persons had been punctured.The incidence rate was 91.10%.Of the 36 doctors,29 had been punctured and the person-time was 61.Of the 110 nurses,104 had been punctured and the person-time was 449.Those who were under 30 years old or whose length of service was under 5 years accounted for a very high ratio.Conclusion The correct implementation of standard precautions,occupation safety education and training,standard operating procedures,the rational allocation of human resources,the establishment of appropriate monitoring should effectively reduce the risk of clinical nursing staff＇s occupation exposure.
