阜阳市颍东区2010年居民死因监测分析

Analysis of death causes of residents in Yingdong,2010

目的了解颍东区居民的健康状况和主要疾病死亡原因,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法用描述流行病学方法对颍东区2010年死因监测资料进行分析。结果 2010年颍东区居民粗死亡率605.78/10万,标化死亡率为549.19/10万,慢性非传染性疾病占全死因的86.21%,前五位死因顺序依次为:脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病及伤害。结论慢性非传染性疾病死亡为颍东区居民主要死亡原因,应加强和重视这些疾病的预防控制工作。

Objective To understand the health conditions and major death causes of residents in Yingdong District,and provide reference for formulating prevention and control measures and strategies.Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the monitored data disease surveillance system in 2010.Results The crude mortality ratio was 605.78 per 100 000 and the standardized mortality ratio was 549.19 per 100 000.Non-communicable chronic diseases accounted for 86.21% of the total death causes,and the first five rows of death causes were cerebral vascular disease,malignant tumor,cardiovascular disease,respiratory diseases and hurt.Conclusion Non-communicable chronic diseases were the main cause of inhabitants＇ death.Prevention and control measures should be taken to these diseases.
