摘要
介绍中石化洛阳工程有限公司C4馏分催化裂解生产烯烃的工艺技术开发情况。在中型试验装置上对C4馏分催化裂解生产烯烃的工艺条件进行了考察,结果表明,在600~650℃的反应温度下,丁烷的转化率为33%~52%,丙烯+乙烯的选择性为25%~45%,甲烷的选择性为8%~19%;在570℃的反应温度下,丁烯的转化率及乙烯、丙烯的选择性均较高,丙烯+乙烯的单程收率达到48.38%;如果将未反应的烯烃及生成液体产物中的烯烃进行循环裂解,乙烯+丙烯的收率可高达69%;在600℃的反应温度下,丁烯裂解生成的汽油中,芳烃的质量分数为87.6%,三苯(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)的质量分数为67.59%。
The development of C4s catalytic cracking process for olefin production by SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation is introduced.The process conditions for C4s catalytic cracking process to produce olefins were investigated on a pilot plant.The results show that,under a reactor temperature of 620~650 ℃,the conversion of butylenes is 33%~52%,the selectivity of propylene+ethylene is 25%~45% and the selectivity of methane is 8%~19%.Under a reactor temperature of 570 ℃,the conversion of butylenes and selectivity of ethylene and propylene are higher.The single-pass yield of propylene+ethylene is as high as 48.38%.If the unreacted olefins and olefins in effluent are recycled for cracking,the yield of ethylene+propylene can reach 69%.At 600 ℃ reactor temperature,the aromatics in gasoline from butylene cracking is 87.6 w%,and benzene,toluene and xylene is 67.59 w%.
