摘要
介绍了影响RSDS-Ⅱ工艺产品质量的因素,包括轻重馏分切割点、反应温度、反应压力、空速及反应循环氢H2S含量等。分析结果表明,轻重馏分切割点低,碱液抽提效果好,加氢单元辛烷值损失高,汽油产品总硫低;反应温度直接影响加氢脱硫活性,反应温度高加氢脱硫深度高,可生产低硫汽油产品;提高反应压力对加氢反应有利,考虑到能耗,反应压力控制在1.6 MPa为宜;降低空速可提高加氢脱硫率;反应循环氢H2S含量直接影响加氢重馏分硫醇含量,以最低含量控制为宜。通过优化调整,青岛石化RSDS-Ⅱ工艺在相对缓和的操作条件下可以生产出国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ标准汽油产品,RSDS-Ⅱ催化剂表现出较高活性及选择性。
The factors affecting product quality of RSDS-Ⅱ process are introduced,including cutting point of LCN and HCN,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,space velocity and H2S content of recycle hydrogen.Analysis results indicate that the cutting points of LCN and HCN are low,NaOH extraction effect is good,RON loss is high in hydrogenation unit,and total sulfur of gasoline product is low.Reaction temperature has a direct impact on hydrodesulfurization activity,higher reaction temperature results in deep desulfurization,which can produce low sulfur gasoline products.Raising reaction pressure is favorable for hydrogenation,and the reaction pressure should be controlled at 1.6 MPa in consideration of energy consumption;Reducing space velocity can improve the hydrodesulfurization rate.H2S content of recycle hydrogen directly affects the mercaptan content of hydrogenation HCN,which should be controlled at lowest level.Through optimization and adjustment,the RSDS-Ⅱ unit in SINOPEC Qingdao Petrochemical Co.,Ltd can produce Guo-Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ standard gasoline products at relatively mild operating conditions.RSDS-Ⅱ catalyst has shown higher activity and selectivity.
