基于公司治理的IT治理研究概述 被引量：1

摘要 本文对IT治理的概念进行梳理,将IT治理研究分为两条路径,并沿着基于公司治理概念的IT治理方向,对此研究路径下的IT治理机制及其有效性的研究进行总结和归纳并提出未来的研究方向。
