Clinical application of Cheatham-Platinum covered stent in treatment of aortic coarctation

目的探讨Cheatham-Platinum（CP）覆膜支架治疗主动脉缩窄的安全性及疗效。方法回顾性分析15例主动脉缩窄患者行BIB球囊扩张术和CP覆膜支架置入术的治疗效果。结果所有患者术后恢复较好，未出现支架移位、打折以及主动脉夹层和破裂。术后检查缩窄段近远端动脉压差缩小为5～10mmHg（1mm Hg=0．133kPa）。随访（204-12）个月，患者一般情况恢复较好，支架位置、形态良好，主动脉未见缩窄，血压均恢复正常，复查CTA示异常侧支循环消失，合并动脉导管未闭患者术后复查心脏超声示动脉导管闭合良好。结论CP覆膜支架治疗主动脉缩窄是安全、可行、创伤小的方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of Cheatham-Platinum （CP） covered stent in treatment of aortic coarctation. Methods The therapeutic efficacy was retrospectively analyzed in 15 patients with aortic eoaretation who were treated by BIB balloon dilation and CP covered stent implantation. Results All patients were well recovered,the stent did not appear displaced,folded,aorta dissection and rupture. The pressure difference was 5 - 10 mm Hg （ 1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa） between proximal part and distal end after operation. Following up （20±12 ） months, the therapy efficacy of all the patients was stable and there was no fracture,removal,aortic stenosis or dysarteriotony. Heart uhrasounds demonstrated good close of the cases with patent ductus arteriosus. Conclusion CP covered stent is a safe and available clinical therapy, featured by minimum aorta injuries.
