癌症患者的疼痛状况调查及护理对策

A Survey of Pain in the Patients with Cancer and Nursing Measures

调查了 2 12例癌症患者对所经历疼痛的感受及其疼痛情况。结果 :6 9.34 %的患者有不同程度的疼痛 ,经过治疗 ,5 9.18%的患者癌痛得到缓解 ,仍有 40 .82 %的患者经历中至重度疼痛 ;患者对癌痛治疗仍存在误解。为了达到理想的有效的癌痛控制 ,要充分发挥护士在其中的作用。首先要意识到癌痛护理是癌症护理的重要内容之一 ,同时加强预防及处理癌痛方面的病人教育 ,而对护士进行疼痛处理知识的继续教育可以为高质量的癌症护理提供保证。

The feeling of pain and pain severity in 212 patients with cancer were investigated. The results showed that 69.34 % of the patients suffered from pain to some extent. After treatment, 59 18% of the patients obtained remission of cancerous pain, but 40.82 % of the patients still experienced moderate to severe pain. The patients had misconceptions about pain treatment. In order to effectively control cancerous pain, the nurses should play a big role in controlling cancerous pain. First, it should be considered that the nursing care for cancerous pain is one of the important contents in cancer nursing care. Second, the teaching for the patients in the prevention and treatment of cancerous pain should be strengthened. The continuous education for the nurses in the skills of cancerous treatment can provide a guarantee of high quality cancer nursing care.
