摘要
1,3-丁二烯是重要的有机化工原料,是合成橡胶的重要单体,工业上1,3-丁二烯的生产主要依赖石油。采用不同制备方法制备了MgO/SiO2催化剂,对催化剂进行了反应评价,采用透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、CO2、吡啶程序升温脱附(CO2-TPD、Py-TPD)对催化剂进行了表征,发现湿混法制备的催化剂具有较好的催化性能;考察了不同的焙烧温度对催化剂性能的影响,选择773K作为催化剂的焙烧温度。对催化剂组分含量进行了优化,发现MgO质量分数为80%时,丁二烯的选择性最高,可达到48%。
1,3-Butadiene is an important chemical raw material and a significant monomer for synthetic rubber. MgO/SiO2 catalyst is prepared by different methods. The structure and acidic-basic property of the catalysts are characterized by XRD, TPD and TEM. The influence of calcined temperature and MgO content of the MgO/SiO2 catalyst are studied. The results show that better catalytic performance can be obtained with wet-kneading method at 773K of calcined temperature. When mass fraction of MgO is 80% , the catalyst has the hizhest selectivity.
