摘要
针对氨基酸溶液蒸发浓缩生产过程的高能耗问题,提出一种新的基于机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发浓缩节能工艺及装置。介绍了机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发浓缩节能新工艺的工作原理,以15 t/h氨基酸的蒸发浓缩为工程实例,对采用MVR蒸发技术和传统的多效蒸发技术进行了能效对比分析研究。研究结果表明,采用MVR蒸发技术比传统的多效蒸发技术每年可节省783.14万元的加热蒸汽费用及20.12万元的蒸汽冷凝水费用,相当于节省了85.7%的标准煤。另外,在相同的蒸发条件下,MVR蒸发装置所需热量为三效蒸发的24%。
Due to the high energy consumption in the process of evaporation and condensation of amino acids solution, a new energy-saving technology and equipment based on mechanical vapor recompression is put forward. The working principle of the new energy saving technology for mechanical vapor recompression evaporation and condensation is introduced. Taking the evaporation and condensation of 15 t/h amino acids as an engineering example, the energy efficiency comparative analysis on MVR and traditional multi-effect evaporation technology is carried out. The results show that, comparing with traditional multi-effect evaporation, the MVR technology can save 7. 8314 million yuan of heatifig steam fees and 201,200 yuan of steam condensed water fees every year,which are equivalent to saving 85.7% of the standard coal. In addition,in the same evaporation conditions,the heat which blVR evaporation equipments needed is only 24% of triple-effect evaporation.
