摘要
当前留学归国青年教师在生活和职业发展中遇到的困难和问题主要集中在五个方面:相当一部分青年海归承受的压力过大;缺乏团队合作氛围、人际关系复杂;因"安居"问题的突出而影响到"乐业";对当前高校的职称晋升和学术评价制度不认可;学校各层面行政机构的服务保障工作有待进一步改进。部分问题的突出程度随着年龄段的不同而有显著差异。针对调研结论,提出了高校今后更好地促进留学归国青年教师职业成长的五点对策与建议:着力打造宽松和谐的学术氛围,多渠道搭建交流与合作平台,大力推进"安居工程"建设,注重净化校园风气和文化,不断加强机关效能建设等。
Investigation results based on a research into a certain university show that returned Chinese young oversea scholars in universities are mainly facing problems in their career development in the following 5 aspects: pressure from work, teamwork atmosphere and interpersonal relationships, housing, promotion and academic evaluation systems, as well as the quality of administrative services, with their magnitude notably varied at different ages. Suggestions are thus provided accordingly.
