摘要
通过均匀化退火、分级淬火、不同淬火介质和不同温度下的淬火、回火、时效以及对热处理后试样进行电化学实验,结合DSC曲线测试、扫描电镜及极化曲线、阻抗曲线等的分析,研究了CuAlMnX形状记忆合金的不同热处理工艺和电化学腐蚀环境下的腐蚀行为。结果表明:460℃时效后合金的耐腐蚀能力最差。其他处理耐蚀性能由差到好依次是经900℃油淬,150℃回火和900℃水淬处理。在氯化钠溶液中,CuAlMnX形状记忆合金的阻抗谱出现了典型的Warburg阻抗特征,说明此时CuAlMnX形状记忆合金腐蚀主要受O2扩散控制。

Other processing anticorrosion performance from the difference to good is in turn after 900℃ oil-quenched, 150℃ tempering and 900℃ water quench processing. The CuA1MnX shape memory alloy impedance spectrum appeared the model Warburg impedance characteristic in the sodium chloride solution, explained this time CuAlMnX shape memory alloy corrodes mainly the 02 proliferation control.
