摘要
采用PROII 9.0软件对丙烷脱氢产品分离热泵精馏流程与普通精馏流程分别进行了模拟,并通过比较模拟结果分析了两种精馏分离流程的能耗和经济性。普通精馏采用乏汽再沸后节能97.04%,比热泵精馏低95.65%;在生产成本方面节约95.30%,比热泵精馏低73.26%。
In this study, heat pump distillation process and conventional distillation process in propane dehydrogenation product splitting unit are simulated using PROII 9. 0. Energy consumption and economies of two distillation process are compared. The results show that the energy saving for conventional distillation process using turbine exhaust is 97.04%, which is 95.65% lower than heat pump distillation. The production cost reduces by 95.30% ,which is 73.26% lower than heat pump distillation.
