皮尔复和甲硝唑对腹腔粘连影响的实验研究

摘要 目的 探讨皮尔复和甲硝唑灌注腹腔预防术后腹腔粘连的作用。方法 狗 36只 ,随机均分 3组 ,每次分别在术毕前腹腔灌注生理盐水、皮尔复和甲硝唑各 2 5ml。每间隔 2wk做 1次腹腔手术 ,观察腹腔粘连情况 ,共 4次。结果 皮尔复 (P <0 0 0 5 )和甲硝唑 (P <0 0 5 )腹腔灌注能显著降低腹腔术后腹腔粘连的程度。 Objective The study was to evaluate the effects of Perfect Solution and Metronidzole on the postoperative abdominal adhesion formation and reformation after surgical excision. Methods 36 dogs were randomize into the normal saline group、 Perfect Solution group and Metronidazole group. Each group was 12 dogs. The abdominal cavity operation was performed every interval two weeks. The abdominal adhesion was oberved. The corresponding 25ml solution was perfused into the normal saline group、 Perfect Solution group and Metronidazole group befor closing abdominal cavity. The changes of the adhsion were observed 4 times in all. Results Perfect Solution and Metronidazole perfused into abdominal cavity could singificantly decrease the abdominal adhesion rate (P<0.005 and P<0.05) after abdominal operation. Conclusions Perfect Soultion and Metronidazole perfuseion are safe.
