髌骨爪外固定治疗髌骨骨折157例分析

Treatment of 157 patient with fracture of the patella using the device of catching patella

目的 评价髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的效果。方法 X线电视下用髌骨爪对髌骨骨折进行复位固定治疗 15 7例。平均随访 2 0mo ,对随访结果进行疗效评价。结果 髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折 ,优良率为 84%。结论 髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折 ,疗效良好 ,并可早期功能锻炼 。

Objective The paper is to investigate the treatment of fracture of catching patella. Methods Under X ray 157 patients with fracture of the patella were treated using the device of catching patella and then visited in 20 monthes on average. Results With the device of catching patella to treat fracture of the patella, the rate of the patella repair was 84%. Conclusions With the device of cataching patella to treat the fracture of the patella, the better therapeutic effects can be suggested that patients could practice early to prevent the rigidity of the knee joint.
