摘要
为探讨砷与氟在对机体骨等矿化组织的损害作用中的相互影响,按国家统一方法,选择居民经济状况、饮食结构、生活习惯、民族、燃煤时间、总摄氟量等相近的单纯氟中毒病区和砷氟合并中毒病区进行调查对比。结果显示,2调查点日人均总摄氟量无显著差异,儿童氟斑牙检出率及分布无显著性差异,但砷氟病区人群尿氟含量及氟中毒临床症状体征检出率及分度显著低于单纯氟病区。结果表明砷可能通过减少氟的吸收及氟在组织蓄积而减轻氟对机体骨等矿化组织的损害作用,但这种拮抗作用很弱。
To explore the influence of arsenic on endemic fluorosis, an endemic fluorosis area and an endemic ar- senism plus fluorosis area that are similar in daily total intake of fluoride, living condition, etc were instivated. The results showed that the two investigation areas had a similar mean loud intake of fluoride and a similar incidence of dental fluorosis, but the concentration of fluoride in unine of the residents and the incidence of linical skeletal skeletal in the arsenism plus fluorosis area were significantly lower than those in fluorosis area. It indicates that arsenic may reduce the effect of fluoride on tooth and bone by reducing the absorption and cumulation of fluoride in the body.
